Do you support the idea of a London franchise?

Every UK fan has to support a UK Franchise, whether that's for actually supporting that team or just the opportunity that you might see the team you support during the regular season.

I think it would be a tough call - it would be great to see the "Big" NFl teams over here more often but having already got a favourite team would I now be able to change my allegiance if they were to play London??
Not sure!!! However if the Jags continue this year as they have been then it may become a slightly easier call.
And (if you believe the rumour?!?) if it becomes the "London Jaguars" then i may be an even easier call lol.

At the end of the day it depends on money. Do the owners think they will get enough money by spreading the brand into the UK/Europe and will they give the players enough to want to base themselves here? If answers to both are yes then think it will happen. Initially franchise would be a second team for most - but given time new fans to the game might go for the 'home' team over more established American franchises. Would guarantee seeing your team 8 times a year rather than once in a blue moon! Lot depends on Jags experiment - if a poor team can sell out 3 years on the spin then that speaks volumes for the strength of the game here.
Fingers crossed - would be great to get a bigger live fix. Already excited for next game having not really recovered form Sunday yet!!

As much as I love the idea of a London franchise and even with Commissioner Goodell's backing I can't see it happening as yet.
From what I can tell, fans in the US would rather see an expansion team or a re-location to Los Angeles before a London/UK franchise. To me, a team in LA would make more sense right now but I can see a team based over here a few years later perhaps.

His reply was "Do they want a franchise in the UK? I would rather see an LA franchise."
