After last week's success and an 11-4 correct prediction record, bring on week 7!! Having been disgracefully let down by the Vikings and lost out in close ones in SD & NE, let's see whether I can do any better this time around! As always, feel free to add your own and/or comment on my picks! Let battle continue!!
Here goes:
Seattle over Arizona - Seahawks to keep up winning ways, despite previous poor record in Phoenix
Atlanta over Tampa - should have too much quality, even with their injuries
Carolina over St Louis - think this will be very close; home advantage for cam Newton just swings it
Detroit over Cincinnati - home advantage again just enough to swing it for the Lions
San Diego over Jacksonville - Chargers looked good in win over Colts. Even with Jags upturn in form can't see anything but a Chargers win
Buffalo over Miami - another close one. Flip of a coin sees me plump for the Bills!
New England over NY Jets - Brady's heroics last week should give them the confidence to keep winning over a Jets side poorer than the Saints
Dallas over Philadelphia - huge game in the East. Backing Cowboys to carry on form from win over the Skins - although the Eagles tempo will prove tough for Cowboys depleted -line
Chicago over Washington - Bears offensively should have just enough to win a close one
San Francisco over Tennessee - 49ers beginning to click. Look for them to continue winning
Green Bay over Cleveland - will need to lean heavily on Eddie Lacy due to injuries, but home field advantage in Lambeau should see them through
Kansas City over Houston - Chiefs to take advantage of uncertainty over QB/offense in general of Texans
Pittsburgh over Baltimore - Steelers resurgence to continue thanks to home field advantage in what should be a typically bruising encounter
Denver over Indianapolis - Peyton knows how to win in Indy! Colts looked tired at Chargers and have a short week to recover. Bank on Peyton taking advantage
NY Giants over Minnesota - having back my Vikings last week, am hoping reverse psychology works this time around. Both teams struggling massively - can either get anything going offensively?!
So there you have it - I await your thoughts with interest!!!
