Another successful week predicting in week 7 saw a second successive 11-4 record (which brings it to 22-8 since starting). hoping at some stage to get 100% for a week - why not start with this one?! So here goes - as always, feel free to add your comments thoughts and predictions underneath.
Carolina over Tampa Bay - Cam has the Panthers playing reasonably well. Bucs are in free fall. Don't expect a close one if you stay up into the early hours....
Detroit over Dallas - should be a close one and many will go for the Cowboys. Just have a sneaky feeling that if Stafford and Megatron can keep their play from last week going then they will sneak home
San Fran over Jacksonville - Looking forward to seeing the 49ers put up some points at Wembley Sunday. Can't see anything else for this one...
Chiefs over Cleveland - Kansas City will lose before the end of the season; just don't expect it to be against the rudderless Browns
New England over Miami - Brady to get back on track after last week's tough loss
New Orleans over Buffalo - expect Brees and Graham to get back on the same page and bring the Saints the W
Philly over NYG - close one here. Giants have a bit of momentum & Philly are anyone's guess. Going with home field advantage to just favour Eagles
Bengals over NYJ - after a close one last week in Detroit, I expect Cincinnati to have too much for the Jets, although Jets will be hoping to repeat last week's huge win over NE
Pittsburgh over Oakland - close one out in the Bay Area too; just have a sneaky feeling that Big Ben can get another win
Atlanta over Arizona - toss a coin here. Both could win, both could throw it away (quite literally). Turnovers could prove key
Denver over Redskins - Peyton doesn't often lose 2 in a row; expect the Broncos to bounce back quickly
Green Bay over Minnesota - can things get any worse for my Vikings. Hoping Ponder (if he does eventually get the start) can improve on Freeman's woeful showing in NY. Won't be enough - Eddie Lacy could have another big game
Seattle over St Louis - Seahawks just too strong in all areas over the Rams. Should be a banker here
So - let's hear your thoughts! Any ones that have surprised you? Agree? Disagree? I await with interest...
