Week 8 concludes with the NFC West divisional game and the visit of Seattle (6-1) at St. Louis (4-3).
It is hard to see beyond the visitors for this game. Considered by many to be the most complete football team in the NFL, the Seahawks will look to continue their winning streak. WR Golden Tate and LB Bobby Wagner are listed as probable. RB Derrick Coleman and safety Jeron Johnson are both out. Seattle have the 2nd best overall defense in the NFL with the 10th overall offense. RB Marshawn Lynch has the 4th highest rushing yards in the NFL with 578. On the other side of the football FS Earl Thomas is one of 6 players to lead in interceptions with 4.
Kellen Clemens comes in behind centre at the absence of Sam Bradford who is out for the season. St. Louis sit at the bottom of the NFC West. Their rushing game is not particularly strong and Clemens may attempt to favour TE Jared Cook and WR Chris Givens. Robert Quinn has 7 sacks for the Rams, the third year DE will certainly need to be on top his game tonight. CB Cortland Finnegan and RB Benny Cunningham are listed as questionable.
Jeff Fisher is going to have a tough task of guiding his team to a victory tonight. The Seahawks will not take this game lightly as they look to maintain their position at the top of the division.
Key Men
Seattle - This is hard to pick amongst many good players, WR Doug Baldwin has averaged just over 51 yards again in receptions.
St. Louis - Jared Cook, is the most likely offensive outlet for the Rams.
