The Regent Street NFL event today was well received by NFL fans from both sides of the Atlantic. Thousands and thousands of fans packed out Regent Street and it was a rare and privileged opportunity for UK NFL fans to get a rare glimpse of NFL starts Ben Rothlisberger, Jared Allen and Adrian Peterson but to name a few. Sky Sports own Neil Reynolds was on hand to interview the owners, NFL stars and head coaches from both the Vikings and Steelers. It was a great opportunity for them to speak to their own fans and the wider NFL fanbase. If the event captured the imagination of a few non-NFL fans then that must be seen as a big plus. One thing is for sure the NFL (and NFL UK) will be pleased with the turnout. Regardless of which team colours you were wearing, it was great to chat to other like minded people who have a passion for the sport. Tomorrow's game has all the ingredients to be a great show but will leave one franchise 0-4 going into week 5. Adrian Peterson and Jared Allen on stage.
