The (3-0) Patriots take on the (1-2) Falcons in Sundays's late kick off.
With the surge of the much improved Dolphins, some have questioned the Patriots potential to win the AFC East this season. Tom Brady is still getting it done even with out tight end Rob Gronkowski who will not be ready for the week 4 game. Brady will also be without wide receiver Danny Amendola (groin). Kenbrell Thompkins will be hoping to add to his 9 receptions for 130 yards and 2 TD's.
Despite struggling in the red zone, a team with Tom Brady leading the offence should never be written off. The elite Patriots QB will be looking to get into sync with his wide receivers in a bid to go (4-0) for the season.
The Falcons will be looking to keep Brady out whilst capitalising when Matt Ryan is in control of the football. High scoring Falcons will be looking to keep the Patriots defence busy.
Falcons wide receiver Julio Jones who has 27 receptions is likely to be watched carefully by corner back Aqib Talib. Running back Steven Jackson will be sidelined (hamstring). Jackson has stated that he won't return until he is 100% fit.
Pundits are predicting a Falcon's win in the noisey Georgia Dome as they aim to make it (2-2).
Key Men
Patriots - Tom Brady, he will again have to show his leadership and experience with the absence of Gronkowski.
Falcons - Matt Ryan. This could turn out to be a battle of the QB's.

The Patriots D is highly favoured to take control in this match up and bring the heat on Matt Ryan early and often. I expect Ninkovich & Jones to be the players to watch and the players most likely to be in Ryan's face.
I highly rate Kenbrell Thompkins, who had a really good preseason but has not yet lived up to those performances in the regular season, Julian Edelman is racking up the numbers this year but being the only player with any real production will lead to teams shutting him down if the trend continues and the Patriots play better teams.
I have actually picked against the Patriots today since I feel the Falcons are just too strong on offence compared to what my Patriots have going on right now, obviously I hope I'm wrong about this.
