Week 4 sees Doug Marrone take his (2-2) Bills to face up against Rob Chudzinski's (2-2) Browns in the Thursday night game.
The Bills who are (0-2) in the AFC East will be looking to notch up as many wins as possible. No one gives them a chance to out punch Divisional rivals the Patriots and the Dolphins. Surprisingly the Bills lead the way in the league with the most combined tackles 341, this includes 11 sacks. Bills rookie Kiko Alonso became the franchise's first rookie linebacker to record an interception in three consecutive games as he picked off two passes on Sunday of Week 4 during a 23-20 win over the Ravens, Alonso has four for the season to add to his 32 combined tackle and one sack.
Bills offence has only produced 8 TD's this season. QB EJ Manuel has thrown for 5 TD's and 3 interceptions, he has also been sacked 11 times. The Bills QB will again be looking to find WR Steve Jackson who leads with 18 receptions for 235 yards and 2 TD's. RB Fred Jackson was a doubt for the game but the veteran has said he will play (nfl.com). Bills will also sweat on the fitness of RB CJ Spiller (ankle).
What looked liked being a tough AFC North for the Browns could turn out to be very fruitful as the Steelers look to be on the slide with the Ravens and Bengals not exactly setting the league on fire. DE Desmond Bryant who has 3.5 sacks is listed as probable for week 5. Browns defence have picked up three interceptions in four games but have the third highest sacks total in the league with 14. Rob Chudzinksi will be urging his defence to get at EJ Manuel early on.
It looks the Browns will start with Bryan Hoyer playing behind centre. Hoyer has thrown 5 TD's in two games with three interceptions, he has been sacked six times. TE Jordan Cameron now has 30 catches for 360 yards and five touchdowns. Browns fans will hope that the promising Cameron's promising start will continue. The Browns will have to improve on their rushing game as no one has reached triple figures yet in yardage (other than Trent Richardson (Colts)).
This looks like a fairly even match up, with both teams playing .500 football. The Browns may fancy this one with home advantage as they go into the hunt for their third straight "W".
